The 7M视频 Distinguished Staff Award recognizes staff members who demonstrate exceptional dedication, job performance, leadership, collegiality, service, and commitment to the mission of 7M视频. This annual honor celebrates individuals whose contributions have made a significant and lasting impact on the university, its students, colleagues, and community.
All full-time staff members who have been continuously employed by 7M视频 for at least five years are eligible for nomination, with the exception of members of the university's executive leadership team and individuals who report directly to the President.
Previous recipients may be nominated again after a five-year interval.
Distinguished Staff Award nominees are evaluated anonymously using a scoring matrix that reflects the award criteria outlined below. In evaluating nominees, consideration may be given to demonstrated commitment to the university mission, job performance and competency, collegiality, length of service, community involvement, and exceptional achievement.
The recipient(s) will be selected by the selection committee and formally recognized at the annual Staff Awards Ceremony. Nominations are due by March 31.
