- Review and approval of Oct. 2024 meeting minutes.
A motion to approve the Oct. 2024 minutes was made by Andre Favors and seconded by Donna Fong.
The motion passed with 14 in favor, 1 abstention and 0 objections.
- IT initiative report: Presented by Steven Veron and Sri Varadaraj
- Several important initiatives are currently ongoing.
- Further details to be provided by campus announcement and future updates.
- Invited speaker: Frank Sun and Joseph Kruger about Teaching Computer Lab update
- There are currently no funds available to support updates for teaching computer labs with special needs accommodations.
- The HEF fund doesn’t support those requests.
- HonorLook issues: Jing Zhang
- Concerns were raised regarding the effectiveness of HonorLook services and student cheating during online exams.
