Denim Day

Join Health Education and Title IX in supporting victims and survivors of sexual assault by wearing denim on Denim Day, which was created from a court case that released a perpetrator of sexual assault based on the victim’s clothing. We're Raisin' Awareness About Fentanyl for National Fentanyl Awareness Day. Fentanyl is a dangerous opioid that everyone should be aware of. The CDC reports that 52.7% of all drug overdose deaths are caused by illegally made fentanyl. Remember, if it's not from your doctor, don't take it! More information can be found here.

Parking Permit Requirement
Per 7M视频 policy, any student, faculty or staff member who wishes to park a motor vehicle on property owned or controlled by the university must purchase a 7M视频 parking permit. This requirement includes lots not attached to the main campus, such as A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4 and A-5. Enforcement of parking regulations are in effect in all areas. Parking regulations may be found here. Permits can be purchased through the Self-Service Banner under the Parking tab.

STAR Services Finals Resources
STARS is extending tutoring services this spring. The LU Tutoring Center in Galloway 140 (by appointment) and many tutoring labs (no appointment needed) will be available through May 7. Visit here for schedules, info, and appointments.

A New Era Begins: STARS Transitions to Become the Center for Academic Success

The 7M视频 Mason STEM Scholars Program was founded in 2016 by LU alumni Becky and Chuck Mason. The purpose and goal for the paid internship program is to increase the number of well-prepared science and math teachers to serve in Southeast Texas and beyond. Find more information here.
